Since 2009 Pine Grove Ministries has been in ministry with Wbuye God's Grace Church in Webuye, Kenya, East Africa. Bishop Kellam and Pastor Rose Nyongesa lead a network of over 20 churches. In 2010 Pine Grove took our first trip to Webuye. We sent a small group of four Apostle Marc, Prophetess Julia, Minister's Roy Gauld and John Yoder. While in Africa we held several meetings a day over days. In 2011 New Beginnings Church, Marysville, Ohio joined the ministry in Webuye. In August 2011 Pastors Dan and Shannon Steepe along with Apostle Marc, Prophetess Julia and Minister John Yoder spent 10 days in Webuye. They were able to share in 3 services a day for a few days with tremdous response. They were also able to visit several of the network churches.
The 2012 trip was August 2nd through August 16th. The team was conprised of 11 members including Pastor Dan Steepe from New Beginnings Church in Marysville, OH. There were 150 in attendence at the women's conference. Members of the team were able to spend time ministring to indiviuals and in small group settings. Joel, Jessi and Joline from our team had a very effective ministry with the children there were between 150 to 200 children at the Women's Conference. They played games, sang songs and told bible stories. Joel was able to use his gift of drama to help the communications with the children and young adults. Several of the team were able to work with the leadership. The team were able to travel to some of the outlying churches for the first time.
2013 trip was a great trip, this year there were three members. There were only in country for 10 days. Prophetess Julia delivered a prophesy to the congregation that the Lord had given her for the region of Webuye. This was very well received. Time was also spent helping the leadership to see how to start implementing some of the prophesy. The Women's Conference was very well attended again. This year we took part in wedding ceremony where five of the Pastors and their wives renewed their wedding vows or took them for the first time. At the end of the week were took part in an ordination service for five Pastors. We were able to prophesy over each of them and their wives and to pray over their ministries. What an honor to be present for these services.
We are now working on bring Bishop Kellam and Pastor Moses to the United States in 2014 to spend some time with us in United States.
